Terms of Service
These terms apply to purchases from velorahealthco.com ("Velora", "we", "us"). Velora is operated by AU30E1 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products and prices
We describe our products and show their prices as accurately as we can. Prices are in U.S. dollars. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before your order ships, and you may cancel for a full refund.
2. Orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
3. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds, including the 100-night trial on mattress toppers, are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Warranty
Velora mattress toppers carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To make a claim, email support@velorahealthco.com with your order number and a photo.
5. VIP membership
- If your order includes a VIP membership, it starts with a 21-day introductory period from your order date.
- After the introductory period, $39.99 is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, and again every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time on our Cancel Membership page, by emailing support@velorahealthco.com, or by replying to your order confirmation email. Once cancelled, you will not be billed again.

6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
